Russetta Idell Isom, RN, MSN
Founder & CEO, Elite Healthing LLC

Welcome to Elite Healthing LLC. My name is Russetta Idell Isom, RN, MSN. I am a Registered Nurse, Nurse Educator, and healthcare professional committed to providing compassionate, practical, and personalized support.

With experience in clinical nursing, healthcare education, utilization review, clinical documentation improvement, and healthcare consulting, I help individuals, families, healthcare professionals, and organizations navigate health and healthcare with greater knowledge, confidence, and clarity.

Through our concierge nursing services, clients receive personalized health education, care coordination, advocacy, and guidance designed to help them better understand their care and make informed decisions. These services complement—not replace—the care provided by physicians and other licensed healthcare providers.

As a certified CPR instructor with the American Heart Association (AHA) and American Red Cross (ARC), I also provide practical CPR and First Aid education designed to build lifesaving skills and confidence.
